Corn Flakes Monday: Nebraska Volleyball’s Hames sets record, tornado warnings and more Husker news

We got our first tornado warning of 2022 last night.

The one before? Christmas 2021.

World weirdness is in full effect here.

I had to clean up some trim in the house and save a dog bed (the one the pup didn’t try to eat earlier in the day) from the wind.

Tornado warnings in December and late October are ominous. I am also concerned about the wildfires in our area and near Ranchhands 1 and 2 (Lincoln). Worrying about all of this after frost warnings have killed the garden is especially disconcerting.

Hopefully this is just a blip in our little part of history.

I’m not ready for Thanksgiving tornado warnings.

How are the weather conditions in your part of the world?
