Disney announces return dates for beloved After Hours Park event



Some of the most magical experiences for Disney families take place at Disney Parks at night, when everything shines and parades and special events take place.

Now, if you love Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and enjoy after-hours events, you may need to visit Typhoon Lagoon soon.

Disney had previously confirmed that H20 Glow Nights would return to Typhoon Lagoon, but no date has been confirmed so far.

Disney announced today that tickets will go on sale for the beloved event starting next week, and it will run from May 28 through August 27.

Guests of Disney Resort Hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels as well as Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort can purchase tickets to H2O Glow After Hours on the Walt Disney World Resort website from March 29, with tickets on sale to the general public on April 1. The popular nighttime experience has a limited capacity, so be sure to book your tickets soon!

the party after hours will offer unique and vibrant décor, high-energy DJ dance parties, exclusive glow-themed menu offerings and much more. Imagine your favorite water attractions shining under the stars, with shorter wait times and more time to enjoy them. That you slaughter Crush N’ Gushermaking a splash in surfing pool, or show off those groovy moves on the dance floor, you’ll experience this storm-studded paradise in a whole new light. You’ll even receive a light-up wristband and delicious snacks like popcorn and a selection of frozen treats to enjoy throughout the evening!

Disney H20 Glow After Hours takes place between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. every Saturday night from May 28 through August 27, giving you three glowing hours in the water park after the doors close. Guests with tickets to the exclusive party can even enter Typhoon Lagoon as early as 6 p.m.

  • A DJ dance party on the sandy beaches of the Surf Pool
  • Toy Story-themed activities and character greetings
  • A tantalizing selection of event-themed limited-time food and drink specials
  • An adults-only retreat for guests 21 and older, with live entertainment and a cocktail bar with a host of refreshing drinks for purchase
  • An oh-so flashin’-able souvenir light-up bracelet
