Since his first day in the White House, President Joe Biden has embarked on a nonstop journey to dismantle existing immigration laws, first through executive orders, and more recently by word of mouth.

Biden’s criminal disregard for immigration laws passed by Congress and signed into law by the President led to an illegal alien invasion of 2 million people on the southern border last year, plus 500,000 “getaways” that have eluded Border Patrol agents, and the numbers are increasing daily.

On April 1, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that they will end the Title 42 settlement on May 23.

Title 42 empowered Border Patrol agents to deport, based on COVID-19, certain migrants who wanted to enter the United States and seek asylum. But at the same time, officers processed family units and other supposedly vulnerable migrants who were eventually bused or flown into the interior of the United States.

The immigration crisis of the past year will soon feel like a Sunday morning walk in the park. Hell is about to burst at the border.

Immediately after the news of Title 42 broke and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas confirmed that the restriction would be lifted, internet images of global migrants lined up to walk past Mexican police on their way to the US border appeared on various sites.

Mayorkas, Biden’s co-conspirator in tearing up America, immediately began with doublespeak. Once the order is lifted, he said individuals would be treated under standard procedure.

In a prepared statement, Mayorkas said smugglers would spread false information about admission to the United States to take advantage of vulnerable migrants. But he concluded with: “Let’s be clear: those who are unable to establish a legal basis to remain in the United States will be deported.”

It sounds harsh, but no one believes it. Mayorkas’ statement on deportation directly contradicts his earlier statement that simply being illegally present does not qualify a foreigner for deportation.

In other words, current or future migrants have no worries about being sent back to their country of origin. If they want to stay, they will stay.

Like his boss Biden, Mayorkas is great at creating fake new immigration laws as they go, but enforcing them as if they were approved by Congress.

The current immigration law is clear: those illegally present can be deported.

Despite pleas from his fellow Democrats to keep Title 42, Biden shows no sign of backing down from his tolerance of the open border. At least two Texas congressional Democrats have asked him to delay ending the policy until apprehensions and encounters on the southern border slow.

Representatives Henry Cuellar, a Democrat from Laredo, and Vicente Gonzales, a Democrat from McAllen, joined several of their Republican colleagues earlier this month in a letter to Mayorkas and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra .

In part, their letter said, “…small border communities lack adequate housing, transportation, and health care infrastructure to manage the continued release of migrant populations into their jurisdictions.”

The senses. Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly, both Arizona Democrats, and Joe Manchin, DW.Va., implored Biden to apply Title 42, but to no avail.

Sinema and Kelly urged him to formulate a yet-to-be-drafted replacement plan for Title 42. Manchin called Biden’s move a “scary move” that will lead to record illegal immigration in the current fiscal year.

In Arizona, Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels, chairman of the National Association of Sheriffs’ Border Security Committee, stated the obvious when he said Biden had abandoned border enforcement. , that his county was “already beyond a crisis” and that border-related crime has cost local taxpayers more than $1 million.

Under Biden, Dannels said he saw “the erosion of infrastructure and the rule of law.” Checkpoints have been closed and a border patrol post is reduced to a reduced crew.

In summary, Dannels, a 37-year veteran of law enforcement, said what many Americans, whether they live on the border or in the interior, have already concluded: “We’ve been left behind; let’s just say that.

Veteran observers of DC politics can’t quite understand Biden and his immigration policy. Midterm elections are seven months away, Biden’s favor poll among likely voters is in the tank; 53% disapprove, and its handling of immigration is even weaker with 59% disapproving.

As unlikely as it may seem, staunch US Democrats and Biden’s inner circle of globalists are content to lose their jobs and take their party with them, on an open border immigration policy that no one wants and hurts. everyone – first and foremost, blacks, Hispanics and other minorities.
